about ent moderators since they have acces to see gamer same ip adress or other staff and its kinda privileged to them since they can see vs who they playing.
so i suggest they use playing account with they are moderators,, and not like for example owl who have 1000 accounts and change them so much i dont see this logic about. but its just my opinion.
who guarantees if some moderator change his ip since he is in staffs and make new account come in some game and play bad after that take his case process alone after that unban his self.

Regarding the alias usage of moderators, there's no policy forbidding that. There's no need to. Following rules and behaving in a nice way is mandatory for all players regarding a moderator's presence.
The usage of the alias checking is for moderation purposes only. We do trust our moderators not to abuse it. Should there be a pattern reported though to push their own stats, they can face punishments and disciplinary actions.

Unbanning follows a strict procedure. Unbanning yourself is considered abuse and treated as such.
