Seeing as it is a new rule, I think there should be warnings if a player commits them instead of a full ban.
Although sometimes people say "thats bannable" the player could just think the other is trolling them.
Any opinions?

While I agree there was a little bit of confusion in the first ~5 days of the implementation of this rule (mods were lenient on appeals during that period), it has now been 2 weeks since the rule was implemented, and there should not be any excuse.
It is a player's duty to keep himself up to date with the new rules and we've communication channels for that sole purpose.

Furthermore, as apparently all LoD players already knew about it and the LoD dev forum also suggested to ban it (no comment), plus it being known for weeks if not months, it should be known.
