i am a big fan of the randomized teams, i just agree with most i think, when i say, that the elo need to reflect the "scores" just a bit more ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

I think if we want to reflect Elo in randomized teams we should either do this, or make a max Elo gain/loss like +23/-7. I think games like -27/+3 in LTD with only 'good players' never reflect the winning chances. Rolls and king skill have a too great factor too have such big differences. Probably around +23/-7 (which would be about 70/30%) is the max. (Tinsoldier with huge Elo at the moment is at 61%)
