Why are you banned: left game early, had an emergency to attend to.
Why you should be unbanned: I have a high stay rate and don't leave games early unless I've been disconnected or there's a real life emergency. After the recent patch, my gproxy doesn't work anymore. Is there a way to make it work? I've tried re-installing, but still won't work. I disconnected once about a week ago and got banned for it. Also, why is the ban time so long? I thought it was only supposed to be a couple of hours. Thanks

please link us the general rules and the game specific rules of the game(s) you got banned in, and highlight the specific rule(s) you believe you violated.
You can find them on our wiki.

That way, we can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking us to the rules, we expect you to have read them. Cooperating with us will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

Can you please answer the question though of whether there is a way to make gproxy work with the new patch? And also why the ban was so long. I couldn't find the ban duration for specific violations.

Regarding gproxy, only varlock version is working atm since the new patch (Check wiki -> Tools)
