My opinion of the 104 is 99% good. I understand the QQ with the neutral buildings, but personally I think it's a fine idea, Neco is obviously still nerfing it little by little like he should, and will hopefully be polished soon.
Main pros: The EXP nerfs means that Neco is finally listening and nerfing EXP. Even AGI gain is nerfed (not sure though, not very descriptive changes. Molt needed his phoenix nerf. Voltron/syph nukes buffed. Satyr being able to purge eye of ocean from other team players UP not being ping based any more. Far top being shit and deserved the upheaval Demonic graves nerfed Not sure about draenei aura but i think it might be able to affect units now Nerfs on neutral buildings Shield of Might nerf
Only threemajor cons I can see: Mag armor nerf (wut) Demo summons aren't buffed? Leavers giving gold to titan was nice, didnt need a nerf
Now that EXP system is fixed, next up is supporter buffs.
Future changes I'd like to see: Now that mag is nerfed, Tauren/Morph needs to be buffed for tankiness. Demo shouldn't be a rewaller based builder anyway, he needs to be a minion killers like Nat, so now that his walls are shit-tier, his summons need to be buffed again. Radioactive towers should be buffed (let's start with lumber cost) and gold towers nerfed, so that it's not as much of a priority for him to base super fast.

0104c Changelog: Raised maximum Titan level to 20. (very random change, but i guess this is good) Fixed Titan abilities ignoring the Level Skip Requirement. (nice) Reduced Agility gained per level for both Titans and their Minions to scale to the new maximum level. (so agi is nerfed or buffed? I always feel agi needed to be nerfed, not sure about this one) Changed the feed reduction system to become less effective over time (linear, 50% effectiveness after 30 minutes has passed, 0% effectiveness after 60 minutes has passed). (doesnt matter, game is already decided after GP anyway in 90% of games) Defender's walls now have a base feed amount of 10 for basic, and 15 for upgraded. (so wall exp nerfed, very nice neco for listening) Reduced the amount of feed granted from Defender's workers by around 20%. nice Buffed Goblin's Harvesting upgrade. Not needed tbh, but trivial Leaving Defenders will not longer affect other's feed rate if they leave during the game. Good The neutral structure feed rate has been reduced to 50% (from 75%). Good, Neco is listening to QQ Replaced most ultimate tower item models to be the classic chest of gold. There should be no problems with clicking them. Good The Titan will no longer get bonus gold when a Defender leaves. Disagree, I think this was a good thing

0104 Changelog: Changed how Unique Pick works. Nice Unique Pick now takes place at the selection ships again! Nice It will now let you select up to 6 choices from the very start of the game. Once the timer is up, each race will be randomed between those who picked it. For example, if two people pick Satyr as their first choice then it will choose who gets it randomly. The "loser" will then have their second choice rolled, so on and so forth. Choosing "Random" will replace your remaining choices and will ensure that you spawn as soon as the waiting period timer finishes. If you don't get your choice, and you don't specify any more choices you will be able to pick as normal from the remaining races. Defender buildings will now "neutralize" upon their Builder's death, or if the player leaves the game and no one takes over. Needs nerfs, but not a bad idea Neutralized buildings will remain on the map indefinitely. Owned units (such as Harvesters) will be removed like normal. Upon use, it purges the unit of any buffs influencing them. This item is tradable, but not stackable. Fixed Satyr's Rending Blade and Fading upgrading incorrectly. Nice Fixed Furbolg Shaman not having the correct hotkey for Feral Rage. Nice
I agree, mag went from my #1 pick to praying I don't random it. I think that if you really want to leave mag as heavy armor (not a great idea imo) then mags base armor needs a huge buff, much like tauren got. Although seeing as how mag is meant to be (one of) the tankiest builder(s) and also seeing as how windwalk is a much weak escape than charge that leads me to think that mag should start with a base armor higher than taur, maybe 12.
I realize that changing armor type to heavy is meant to combat the scaling of fortified armor, but if there are 2 builders that should remain fort forever it is mag and morph imo.
Bug description: -UP doesn't give you the builder you won. You can see this when it is rolling you builder on the feeder board, the builder that you get doesn't actually spawn. I actually won Faerie (my 3rd pick) where no-one else got it either.

Titan is feeling stronger. Yesterday I saw a lvl 7 luci with +11 armor or so just run through a troll base mid right with a decent number of towers at about 15 min mark. You really need support these days or you are dead vs normal fed tit.
Also noticing more players and really low quality of building indicating new players which is good. Also means a huge nubfest so tons of feed everywhere. All support died in our base to nuke.
Narb your game was probably full a noobs, and a note of advice, this version Titan is harder, if a Titan is lvl 7 in less than 15 minutes that's automatically means your game was full of noobs.
Also troll isn't good until he has megas or tower speed increase 15%.
If you Titan, you will understand... Imagine a game full of pros vs 1 Titan
Well, just wondering WTH is happening with Tauren having 15 fort armor wall-towers, and why heavy armor's icon looks like fortified's one... Placebo? wtf...
