Autohost: Civilization Wars 2.33

Slot layout if applicable (for example, if some slots need to be closed): None
Number of players until autostart: 6
Problems with map (like cheats and such), if any: No known cheats.
Why the map should be autohosted: Civilization Wars is already authosted. This is a small update.
Special notes: Update log includes:
  • Updated HCL library so that the player in slot 1 does not have units with only 90% of their hit points.
  • Updated a few text strings.
