The completion of the ban request against Alahdin

Your complaint is about a ban appeal.
When we handle a ban appeal the staff should check the ban history and the avg stay rate in the game.
BeepBoopBeep has only ban history with autobans, also he has a good stay avg rate.
In his appeal he promissed he won't do that again. The appeal was approved due to his first offense.
If you get him making again the same thing. Post here, he will be banned and his ban will not removed.

To add on- This is a first time offense and we will treat it as such.

Speculation of purposeful and repeated game ruining is not a valid reason for an extended ban. Until such evidence is provided no action will be taken.

One can only hope the day will arrive where people will not aka for the purpose of abusing ELO mechanics.

I gotta agree fully with supersexyy´s notice about not akaing, the whole rank system fails when top players get all their friends to play 1000 elo accounts to get more elo...

To be clear, I am a model gamer. I have made 1 ban request before, and it was legitimate. I have never been the subject of any ban request, nor do I even have considered to cheat in any way. I am not here to troll, I feel like my gaming fun has been ruined by a kind of cheating I have never experienced in any legion game before. The process of banning and unbanning made this feeling worse and I think a lot of people who read this feel the same way.

It is beyond ridiculous that a person who knowingly ruins a game, with that violating almost every rule in the game - to name a few, gaining sight of entire map, game ruining, not building, dying on purpose - gets no penalty at all, and that fair and honest players get the penalty of a game ruined, then having to write a ban request, then having to write a complaint against that the violator is not punished at all, only to find out there is no intention at all to discipline this violator. As you can see even iightfyre recognizes this kind of offense is a 3-day ban (comparing it with pausing) - yet the administrator gives no penalty at all!

I would like to stress this one more time to everyone who reads this - Beepboopbeep and cyberpunk are friends and are both leaders in the same clan,and cyberpunk completely ignored our questions regarding admins impartiality, which shows that this question hits a sensitive spot.

For future reference: clan ent will do better to keep their gaming scene clean of cheaters. It is better to punish harshly and get rid of the cheaters, than too softly and with that inviting everyone to cheat.

At least I got a cheat-1x-for-free card for everyone out of this (password = iwontdoitagain)

@MickeyTheMousie - Please stop it with the "fair players lose again" cry for help. You know that you do not play fair - Did you forget that you were on a smurf account and you didn't !draw the game when it was 4v3 at lvl 3? I won't site the countless other reasons why you cannot call yourselves "fair players" so please just stop trying to lump yourselves in with legitimate players. Open your eyes. Be honest and learn some manners please - it will get you far in life.

@ map hack comparison - You are 100% completely speculating that because BeepBoopBeep was on your team that either CapeHorn or myself had any idea of what was going on through the fog of war. The plain and simple truth is that we did not have any prior knowledge of what your towers were, when your sends were and what your weakness was. Might I add that I am not stupid? I knew Beep was on your team, of course I covered my own ass by playing my side legitimately - free from any 'map hack' type shenanigans... you could only WISH that I have cheated or will cheat at LTD! Once again.. all of your arguments are simply speculation and theory. Sorry pal, but that just doesn't hold any water. Both CapeHorn and myself played with fog of war and made our own decisions based on skill and intellect. The comparison to maphack is ludicrous. So sad that every time you get out played you cry "MH!" and "Cheaters!". We all lose games... get on with your lives already.

As far as I can tell, every ban request that I have submitted has been handled fairly and justly. This request made by MickeyTheMousie was handled exactly the same as any other team-killing complaint. Thank you for being committed to consistent policy upholding.

Yes iightfyre, to show the lies you tell: see in the ban request :

"I have also played vs Gouus, BeepBoopBeep, iLoveCapeHorn, GoatsBeGone, Bugatti_Veyron, xMilena, MurkemHanks, AlmsotFlawless..."

This clearly implies you have played vs alahdin and ALSO vs Beepboopbeep, yet, you state clearly now you knew it was beep.

Not to mention the denying of the teamkill by you and Ilovecapehorn: you knew this was gonna happen, yet, you lied to cover your friend. Turns out all of your lying and deceit was not necessary, because Beep has a friend who is admin and protects him.

I cannot see why we should give beep, you or Ilovecapehorn any benefit of any doubt regarding whether you used it as a maphack as you have proven yourselves to be teamkillers and liars. I believe the benefit of the doubt belongs to me, since you cannot name a single fault I made, except saying I did not draw and that I smurf. In my book they are normal decisions - not bad sportsmanship, and not remotely close to cheating and lying.

It is time legion starts to care about honest and fair players, not about cheating and lying players.
