Would it be possible to reduce the number of days between being able to swap stats on an acct?
I'm not talking about 2-4 hour delay in the swap. I understand that there is a very good reason for that.
But is there a reason to have to wait 7 days to be able to swap again? Is it possible to reduce that?

I don't think it is necessary that you swap your stats more often than on a weekly basis. In fact, the swap stats system was not implemented to fulfill that purpose.
