Why are you banned: my friend got banned 4gwang
Why you should be unbanned:
i play with him maby around 1000 games. and now he got real high elo and has two account to have a even balance when there are a lot off low elo players in the game. 3gwang is the name of his acc.
Some Drchemba made the repport, but i want to say for my friend we always follow the rules. and dont understand why he get banned for 1 year...
his english is not that good.
pls unban 4gwang and 3gwang

clarification:
1. 4gwang got baned on his account 3gwang

2. he saw that he is banned and changed his ip and account in order to play again with is defined as dodging.
it is his responsibility to know the rules and even without it should be clear that if you are banned/excluded from the community its not allowed to sneak in again (common sence: if i get arrested, break out and get caught the punishement increase)
3.currently he is baned for 1 year but as stated in his last banappeal he is allowed to appeal in 6 weeks again without dodging in the meantime.
bbo said he explained him what dodging means to that shouldnt be an issue.

He channged his acc he is aware of that. but not with the attention to dodge a ban. i hope you can be more cooperatif. its still a game guys. he had his lesson learned and will appeal next time first before switching account.

i hope you got also a heart and let him play.
the first time he got this ban was beacause of a msitake he made, we al make mistakes. i hope you show him some regret he is a really nice guy to play with and doesnt diserve a ban for so long.

win or lose is never a factor to determine whether you violated a certain rule or not.

Clearly wotkd8068 still has hard time to understand why he got banned in the first place, and yet you guys still claiming that he had learned his lessons.
If you guys really consider wotkd8068 as a friend, I personally suggest you guys to communicate with wotkd8068 instead of trying to convince admins, forcing/begging admins repeatedly won't change the fact that wotkd8068 is the one who with issues, not those admins.
From my personal point of view you guys are just blindly protecting him by ignoring the truth, and try to convince everyone else to do the same, but sorry nope, we refuse to be being manipulated.

Re-appeal in 3 weeks, and we'll discuss unban. Do not dodge any ban in the mean time.
