He got 1years banned is it fair? really?

I would say it is unfair Now i try to explain what happen !

3Gwang . First When he played in 1200 level was 20
before 20start he try to send militia (hot key= qqq ) but It happen ALt QQ
so He got dc but Its not effected in this game since his line creep came and he got no heal
after finish game He said for team sorry i try to sending militia but i got dc srrry And he didnt know he got Banned
The truth is He didnt got auto banned when he did Alt QQ . In this game he played in home

And he played 4gwang in Korea internet cafe, He played ltd so much and still he didnt get banned

after few days He recognized he got banned in home these time he didnt know about dodge rule
and he didnt know wat happen???????? and he wanted some help 2 me cuz his english bad.. and then i helped him about wat happen 2 him

To Be honest... is it fair? 1years ban?????? i guess its can be unbanned Ez

but Now he's well done with communication And try to Be good man

first of all, ban dodging is as serious as maphacking, therefor 1 year ban.
For the second, he can reappeal in 3 weeks like hazard told him to do in a previous appeal.

With all due respect, I do have the same question "is it really fair?"
Ever since the very first appeal they posted, until this current one,

This is their 4th try already, and we can see every time they tried, admins decided to reduce the duration of prohibition regarding re-appeal.

The problem is here even after he posted his appeal he still tried to make a new account and join

All appeals they had posted are very similar, one side trying to justify wotkd8068's behavior while the other side trying to explain, usually end up no agreements because they kept thinking we were ignoring the fact and ignoring their point.
Well if anyone had read those posts, they can tell we actually answered every single doubt they had questioned, however, it seems they were really ignoring our statement, for one example, they kept re-appealing despite admins actually gave them specific date that allowing them to re-appeal.

So, is it really fair? for all other users who had followed instructions and actually waited until they were be able to re-appeal?
First appeal they failed and Larz pretty much gave a date that he wasn't suppose to re-appeal until then, the very next day they broke the instruction but it actually shortened the duration of prohibition, they got permission to re-appeal again even earlier. No doubt they now ignoring the second instruction which was given by HazarDous. Violators who attend to follow instructions had to wait longer while another violators who refuse to follow instructions can re-appeal sooner. Shouldn't it work the way oppositely? If action like this doesn't extend the prohibition, it shouldn't shorten the duration at least? Are we encourage people to ignore/break instructions to gain advantage?

We will not look at it until then.
Now that does not mean he will get un banned either If we go in and see he is still trying to join games making different user names he will NOT get un banned.
