12 - AFK Grief begins, patrols fountain thereafter.
15:18 - Drops items and destroys them. I initiated first votekick here, and many more thereafter. Not one passed until I was able to -kickafk 15 minutes later.
17:00 - After Shadow Demon leaves, user takes all items to further grief the fountain.
Tries votekick abuse on me two times thereafter.

Summary: AFK grief, patrol fountain, refuses to defend, item destruction, steals leavers items to further grief, votekick abuse.
Any further thoughts:

Any ban under two weeks is completely unacceptable (near a month is totally appropriate), ruined game massively. Non-voters 3 days.

Reviewed the replay, and King23 is right on the money. Afks in fountain for a few minutes at 12 minutes, destroys items at 15:20 or so, then takes all of leavers items to troll further. Illegally tries to votekick after.

@raedric outline the nonvoters since OP is requesting they also be banned.

jackiewan@eu, polillon88@eu, warrior666@eu, yekim@useast (voted once but never after), and blue.dreamz@useast all fail to votekick over multiple attempts starting at around 17 minutes and every time votekick cded after. The only times votes weren't up was when the griefer was attempting to votekick the OP.
