Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.

he left 6 times during the countdown because he refused to play titan and hoped someone would swap which delayed the game from starting.
on the last coundown he left the game to late which resulted in a drop during the loadingscreen.
silverpondl should be banned for delaying the game to start and apparently unintentional leaving as the Titan
