Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): alextree had been feeding all game, you can see examples at 3:45, 6:00, 8:00, 8:45, 11:30, and 12:45 gametime. he also tried to votekick our teammate orange at 9:30 gametime for no reason. the scourge players (goochie7, chips_n_salsa, gideon201, ivan-drago, and slayax) refused to kick him at all, even though everyone on our team had voted to kick him multiple times.
Any further thoughts: the scourge kept trying to justify blue's behavior, but stopped doing so after his third death. they still refused to votekick him and unpaused when we tried to force a vote.

Your proof is bias, I don't see why you don't post an entire replay. It was your team that didn't vote I don't see how that makes the scourge team the culprits
