but one rule violation by another player doesn't permit you to break a rule as well.

Look I asked for a draw, it's not my fault if they didn't while the situation was clearly illegal.
You can check my ip history I never leave games, but this time I was really pissed. I absolutely hate hybrid, didn't want to be forced to play it. I've played hybrid many times when it was unannounced but this time was too much. Next games I'll make sure I'm red or ask the red about mode before game.
