Any further thoughts:

Game lasted to Round 10, we leaked a few bosses, Red didnt get the chance to heal, Enemy Orange (ztx)undercover) Pause/unpaused game repeatedly, causing loss.

He also claims "Ip dodge" so he wont get reported/banned.

Karver if you look at the other ban requests still waiting for a GM to look at them they are almost all legion TD or some other TD. MOST Gms specify in one game like legion TD or DotA. Most of the DotA ban requests have been taken care of so as you can see the ones that have viewed yours either do not feel knowedgeable in the subject or simply choose to stick to dota. Also IP dodging is a difficult problem to adress so even some who do feel like they know LTD leave it for those who are better with the technical aspects. You have done nothing wrong please dont tank anything personally. Please be patient someone will get to it as soon as possibe.
