gproxy+help

hi , i stop spam about gproxy now i figured it out, MOST of it at least. but still need help with one last thing..
see its very nice i just /j clan ent and everything is pretty much normal i can chat with ppl in channel i can /W friends etc.etc.
but how to fucking join game , a spessfic game not scrolling down that list and hoping for legion td to show up .. its rly hard, i sit and wait 5 minutes, still no ent18 popping up !!! any1 who can help me with this?? any1 who use proxy for legion forexample, how u join games???

Type:
/publicoff This will make no games show up
/game [ENT] legion #14 (Or whatever the game name is you want, it takes a few seconds to show up, sometimes 10 seconds)

Or you can do:
/public This will make all games show up then
/filter [ENT] Legion This will do a partial name filter and only show Ent legion games

hmmm i tried this /filter [ent] , but nothing showed up hmm, wierd :S
i also tried /filter legion still nothing up :S

y i did that, and now its all fixed, ty.. still not as easy to get in game fast. its faster to be in wc3 and copy gn than cntrl+v and enter.. but this is better cuz never dc.!!
but another question = TCPsocket ERROR ecconreset, u know what this is ?? it says im "probably" temporerly ip banned from battle.net. but i have no idea why :S

Not necessarily, temporarily may mean 30 seconds.

Sometimes gproxy tries to reconnect you too fast and you get like a 30 second ban or something, but that should never happen during game, just when trying to first connect afaik.

When I launch gproxy, this is what I do.
/public > /filter [ent] legion td mega > /game "game name of the bot"

That should filter all the other games, except that one specific game you are looking for.
As for that ip temporarily banned, that is because you tried joining a game and you weren't completely connected to b.net due to the last game you joined (something like that). You have a couple options. 1st is to just wait 5-10 mins. Close gproxy, then open it back up in 10 mins and you'll be able to reconnect. Your b.net cd key is still in use with gproxy, therefore temp ip ban. Other option (thanks iight).....wait til you join b.net again or connect to b.net with gproxy before you try to join a game.

yes perfect this was perfect. it just took some hours to get used to all of it, but now i got it !!! if any1 else want gproxy ASK me, i can help u, im ROOKIE and i made it work ! ty teller + hatelose.

Glad it worked for you Twerk! Props to Teller for the detailed information in his Gproxy++ topic viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1981 (I like to give props, where it is due). Thanks to him, I was able to get it working and found all the minor issues with GProxy++
