*I* personally never used my courier to exploit the techies mine glitch. At start of game it was the other player, who was subsequently banned. The time that they accuse me of using my courier to blow up mines, my courier was running an item to me. If you go over the replay and watch the actions of that specified time period which I took time out to do (@ 15:00 - a bit before I even cross river so that you do not have to restart replay) the courier was close to me when a battle ensued and was clicked on accidentally because I am a noob and got lost of my hero. I then accidentally had both courier and hero selected. After our team had finished killing all their heros and while killing their jungle camps I realized my courier is next to us and send it on it's way home.
In my opinion you cannot decisively say I was using it to find mines as if you take into consideration the path the courier took in relation to my hero. When the courier enters the jungle, we are already near the second top tower rendering the glitch over remote mines nearly useless as it would've blown us up. As the fight ensues I flee to the left and the courier FOLLOWs me there, this is probably somewhere around the time my courier is selected in my group with my hero. I then run back to the fight to help and in the process the courier beelines it to where my "attack" click was. Upon the end of the battle I am creeping and realize my courier is right there so I send him home. The courier by no means went in front of any of our heros or away from where my hero clicks were when he was accidentally selected during the fight.

after re watching this and with your explanation I can see what happened from your point of view.
