After reviewing:

Wizardinho (Yellow):

Doens't send on 1 with team, when requested
Sends whelp alone on 2
Sends archer on 6 (Could have been a late send here)
Sends again archer on arena

So wizardinho@europe.battle.net should be banned for refusing to send/cooperate with team (Note: I would go easy on him, as he does follow his team on certain levels (example sent on 5 with team, upgraded on 7, and sends on 10 with the team as well))
