IP Range ban???

Why are you banned: No idea
Why you should be unbanned: I have no idea why I've been IP Range banned. I haven't played dota in literally a Month if not more. When I logged in with my account "3ncrypt3I)" I got a message stating I was IP Range banned by an admin called "hazardous". The Ban ID was 90232 - when I typed that in the search bar it came up with the following topic: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=89424&p=358643&hilit=90232#p358643

Please note, I have NEVER seen that account in my entire life and I have no idea why I've been banned. Please can I be unbanned?

I can't remember the exact date to be honest but I think it would have been around 13/14 Jun if I can recall.
