just a thought
i mean no offense to anyone

legion td and dota requests and appeals get answered quickly

not the case with a few other games

2 of my ban requests have been pending for a a few days now already

they are pretty basic too
also with time stamps for every offense and all offenses are pretty evident

so is it because we don't have enough admins for troll and elves ?

i could have done 2-3 more requests in last 2 days since i see abusers very often in troll and elves .
but the fact that these request have been pending for 3-4 days now for so evident and clear offenses i don't feel like reporting

We can make troll and elves a better experience to play too .

tl;dr;
I. even if ban requests are open for two weeks (which shouldnt happen), players get banned anyway in the end. For ENT, the timing is of no interest.
II. mods should be capable of moderating any genre. However, for obvious reasons, that isnt possible. You will have to wait or apply as mod (see wiki requirements).

As ENT doesn't hire any specific person for moderating a game, your suggestion is denied.
