LegionTD: A match should not be forfeited if not all 4 players agree

OK i just had this match where some guy (go-play-pokemon) calls right from the first wave that this match is lost anyway and he got the 2 other noobs in this game to !ff at lvl 3 without any reason. even if i didnt agree to any ff this game was lost at this point, i lost all ELO and i cant do anything about it.
I searched for a rule because i thought this behaviour would be bannable but it looks like its not.
So pls let a forfeit only happen if every player of one team agrees, otherwise 3 trolls can destroy every game without any fear of problems for them like it happened in my game.

If there was absolutely no reason to FF, a ban can be applied.
