Any further thoughts: around 25 minutes in he just started to ignore the team, when i questioned about it, he proceeds to blame it on the fact that he listened to the team and not get a stun.

Agreed. Ogre basically creeps in woods or solo in lane from approximately min 35 on. He does not push with allies, does not help defend rax. At 4930 he puts his entire team on ignore. At 6137 he is creeping while sentinel destroys final rax.
Donald_trump banned 5 days for game ruin/failure to cooperate with allies/failure to defend.
