I keep trying to validate my account and when I wisper to clan.enterprise it keeps telling me sorry but that user is not logged on.

Please upload a picture its easier to find a way out to help you solve this. "This user not logged in" ?

However, you need to go to this link: https://entgaming.net/link/validate.php (Account Validation Mainpage).
You can select your desired, Account Name & Realm and then press "Validate" Will be automatically validated once you've pressed the 'Validate' button.

I assume Clan.Enterprise is offline. What server are you playing on?

yes when I got to a channel and type /w clan.enterprise !validate 9g5f34x it tells me this user is not logged on.

Okay, you'll have to wait a few days until we fix the issue with Clan.enterprise.

It could also reconnect on its own any time.
