Why are you banned: vote kick abuse?

Why you should be unbanned: i started a vote kick cause the other player had 692 elo and is a known leaver check the game he left level 3 so the vote kick shoulda went he is a game ruiner beleave his name roz or something to that sort this unjust and unfair check replay he left and i get banned for tring to prevent a ruined game comee on

1) No replay link.
2) You don't say anything that he broke any rules in THIS game. It does not matter if they have 100 ELO, you cannot start a votekick unless they break an actual rule. If you do; it is abusing the votekick command.

his name is roziperdox just checked his stats he has a 67% stay rate so why should i b banned for vk abuse when i tried to prevent a ruined game ??? also game was legion td mega #20 he also left so is leaving not bannable?

Bottom line is this: You cannot start a votekick against someone unless they broke a rule IN that game.
Leavers get taken care of the autoban system automatically.
If you believe a player has broken a rule in another game, you may start a ban request against that player.
With that being said, you cannot votekick a player for something he did in another game, or because he left another game.
The only time you can use votekicks against someone is if they break the rules in the game that they are in.
Do you understand what the rules for votekick mean now?

i fully understand vk should not b abuse but clearly i was only trying to prevent a ruined game i apoligize but it seems very unjust to b banned for tring to have a good game instead it seems he wins cause he has 24 hour bann for leaving and i get 3 days come on

That way, we can avoid any rule breaking from you for not knowing the rules.

General Rules
Do not spam chat during games.
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
Do not leave before the game has certainly ended, especially if no other player has left.
Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).
Any form of votekick abuse.
Do not ruin the game on purpose:
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.
Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.
The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.).
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
Do not multibox. Using two computers/two accounts to be in one (and the same) game as one human being is not allowed.
Do not impersonate any Enterprise Gaming authority (be it a staff member or our bot).
Do not threat or mock community members and do not ddos or dox them.

You might wanna reflect on your attitude.

Unbanning players is not guaranteed. And you will wait as long as we think you need to. Given your outrage, it doesnt seem you are ready.
