Any further thoughts: From ent rules "Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay." Jiminy was complaining constantly and was trying to !draw and !ff multiple times. After one of his deaths he raged again by typing !DRAW and pausing the game. I found this pause to be very distracting and inappropriate. Also in game see below:

This one is particularly disturbing. At this point his has tried to !ff many many times. He has also already stated to me "im glad you lost." Now it appears he is threatening to throw if someone upsets him. Completely unacceptable.

This is not a first time for Jiminy. I have seen this type of immature and uncalled for behavior in multiple games with him. He deserves a ban for this type of misconduct. If I hadn't been trying as hard as I was we would certainly have lost. He was disruptive, rude, threatening, confrontational and caused an intentional delay of game during a temper tantrum.

On a more serious note. Pausing when "nothing" such as kills or raxing isn't a ban offense. However idk if it is considered a bannable offense if it is reoccurring.

It's a minor flame, mods gonna tell you to use the ignore function.
