Ban requests

Hi,
I currently see no reason to even post these ban request's, why? Simple, the ones posted not about mh, is the ones taken first. You have quite a few from over 4 days ago, which could have been resolved easily, if you took the time.
However, taking the ones that just been posted first, just seems stupid to me.

Could you enlighten us on how you deal with ban requests?
