Elo Change concerning Legion TD

I'm surprised it's not obvious that elo change is really unbalanced for example:


Team 1 Elo avg:988.46
Team 2 Elo avf:1143.7
Elo Change:21.15/8.85

The current elo change system makes it that if team 1 looses the team members loose 21.15 elo and gain the same amount if they loose.
Same thing for team 2 but the change is 8.85.
Where if this elo system was fair you'd consider that if a team has more elo than the other then it would be fair for them to loose more than they would gain not the same amount.
Same thing if a team has less elo than the other it would be fair for them to loose less than they would gain if they won.

So to have a fair elo system the elo change should go like this , considering this scenario:

Team 1 Elo avg:988.46
Team 2 Elo avg:1143.7
Elo Change:21.15/8.85
(as in team 1 gains 21.15 elo for winning and looses 8.85 elo for loosing)
(as in team 2 gains 8.85 elo for winning and looses 21.15 elo for loosing)

This system will promote fair play and will get rid of elo stacking which is a pain in the ass in the Legion TD community.
I hope you consider this elo change plan I for one think it's perfect.

I'm pretty sure I tracked my losses and winnings before making this post , but anyway I might've made a mistake and you're totally right.(due to me being stoned out of my mind all the time)
