You didn't kick until there was an advantage for you. So far, no reason to unban you.
EDIT:

It is MANDATORY to kick an AFK player the MOMENT it is clear he is afk. Not 7 rounds later, that very moment you see he is afk, you have to kick him.

You did kick him in the end, but not when you should have. As Y0SHI said, you only kicked when you had an advantage. You obviously do not understand what you did wrong.
