Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 23 - 27 Minutes, Also from perspective of violator, Pings throughout the game that indicate vision without wards.
Any further thoughts: I really don't care much for maphackers, most of the time I don't have evidence and I just blame myself for not de-warding the enemy. However this time I knew for a fact that this was maphack because of certain ganks that went wrong for me. I play SF as a past-time activity, I don't care who I have on my team, I just play him for self benefit, but I could tell from whenever I go to gank this Silencer that something was up. At first I commented on how good his wards must be, I figured they would have one at top rune, checked the replay, never was one. Then at ganks from 20 minutes and up, a Gank to Silencer at top tower, he clearly just tries to juke my invis SF with no sign of me ever being on his minimap, then he teleports. Another time is at mid, he tries to juke my invis SF again, clearly in a stupid way that just shows he is using some type of third party program. Also the pings are just a clear indicator, you can tell on his perspective he is warning people whenever they are going to get ganked.

Soz, I don't even report people, just this guy really annoyed me with how blatant he was with it.
