Seperate ban & appeal mods
Not sure how or why this was allowed in the first place but for obvious reasons ban mods & appeal mods should be seperate and different. It makes 0 sense to allow the same people who banned someone to decide whether or not that person should be unbanned.

Anyways, this isn't about me. When you have the same mods being able to process bans and appeals, you virtually invite abuse. Think of this as a police officer arresting someone, and having the power to keep that person in jail indeffinately. This is why in real life those things are seperated i.e. Having a police force and a court system, not just a police force.

We've had the suggestion before.

Read it, and keep in mind that ENT will not forbid their moderators from processing their own bans' appeals unless a third opinion is demanded.
Denied.
