I do not understand word drafiting, especially when it happns during ltd.

Sounds like Captain's-mode/Challenge-mode. While the captains are drafting (auswählen) their players, you are not allowed to unsign.

Usually you draft in challenge mode. I don't know what else this rule should apply to.

when everyone signs for a challenge mode, then the 2 captains have to draft. Meaning after you have signed for a challenge mode it is against the rules to UNSIGN while the 2 captains are picking their teams

it applies even to regular games i think.
like normal 4s. u cant unsign while players r signing ( dodging ).

As some said this only applies to !challenge games.
So once enough people signed for a !challenge game and the drafting of the players begins it is forbidden to !unsign (which would still be possible and would obviously bug the game).
Hope this is clear.
