votekick change
shouldn't we change the votekick system for dota so if 4 of your teammembers think that you should kicked and if they use !votekick, shouldn't we make it that to be enough for someone to be kicked instead of waiting for the enemy team also to vote for it?

It would be too easily abusable. I.e, if someone is having a very bad game, or is pulling his team down, then the team should not be able to kick this player.
Note; if the teammate is really game ruining, feeding on purpose, etc.. Then the ones from other team, after being explained the situation, who do not vote to kick are subject to be banned upon a ban request.
Re-post if you have better suggestion, but this one won't be implemented.
