It starts at 0:00 at top rune he tries to toss me to die then spends the first few minutes following me tossing me any chance he gets, i switch lanes he stops for a bit, at 16:00 and beyond he follows me again tosses me into many enemies and ruins game:

After reviewing (replay timers):

First toss occurs at 2:38 - Tiny tosses silencer vs huskar (silencer dind't die)
And until 6 minutes, continues following silencer attempting to toss him (around 5:30, he lets silencer die instead of helping him)
At 12:20 tiny tosses silencer vs sniper (silencer dind't die)
At 15:20, tosses silencer mid vs creeps (silencer didn't die), however starts following silencer again
Tosses him against neutrals at 17:10
Around 17:30, tosses him against enemies pushing, almost causing silencer death
At 19:00 , tosses silencer into the air, preventing him from TP
At 25:42, tosses silencer into enemies pushing, causing his death

So pokemon-rogue@useast.battle.net should be banned for gameruin (malicious usage of spells on allies)

Hyo's review sums it up perfectly.
He was actually following silencer with the intention of tossing him for like 80% of the game.

Player pokemon-rogue is banned 7 days for maliciously using his spells to teamkill his teammate. Clear intentions.

Player fuqda goes afk at fountain at 0710. Resets the timer at 1050. Stays afk until 1230.
He is banned 3 days.
