Rearm Phantasm is indeed strong, but not glitched/bugged at all + It's possible to stop it (as long as people don't focus on getting massive passives, and some weirdo stuff lols)

We've been over that already, ENT's job is not to balance custom maps. Even less so with LoD considering it is meant to be unbalanced.
