Replay Link: https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=8325914
Game Name: [ENT] Legion TD Mega #90
Your Warcraft III Username: sirmixalot
Violator's Warcraft III Username: marius050491
Violated Rule(s): not "sending" in team
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Level 7
Any further thoughts: I don't know if its bannable, but I consider it game ruining although we had luck they didnt have immo. We had no holder 7 (just 5 harlots I think) and wave and he just sends wyvs instead of upping king 7.

After reviewing:

You announced to up the king, teal was silent, and purple/blue sent together, so its 2 who sent, 1 who wanted to upp and 1 who was silent and dind't say anything, so following the logic, majority wins (team send); Their send did cause some impact on the enemies

So considering the circunstances, i'd hardly consider his send as solo send, and therefore this ban request should be denied

As Hyo said, the communication here wasn't great, which caused a miscommunication.
