Legion TD v3.95
Has a large changelog but unfortunately it wasn't extensively tested, I wish there was some other way to properly public test it but, i had like no input from 3.94b beta while it was out for months and quite a few DLs.

So I wish everything works fine, else I will try to fix whatever is needed as soon as possible.

Well, if people don't bother testing it, it'll have to go through public testing.
