Just officially ban mana break on melee heroes in lod already
So, mana break is currently glitched in lod and does double the effect it's supposed to do for melee heroes. Whatever damage and burn amount it lists for any given skill level, it does double. This is easily verifiable.
I used to think it wasn't a big deal, but it's getting more and more common and cancerous and people pick it on purpose solely because it's glitched and gives them an unfair advantage that they can capitalize on to get early kills and snowball out of control with physical dps heroes.
It honestly shouldn't matter what anyone thinks about this, since by being glitched it's automatically against the ent rules, but feel free to comment about how it's like totally in the spirit of lod to use glitches cuz not meant to be balanced anyway. Either way I'm sure most people are sick of it.

None of these are glitches or bugs. Explain how they are glitched.
It doesn't matter if you don't support it. Mana break is technically already banned since it is glitched and everyone knows it. It just needs to be made official.

At least ban mana break on melee heroes and any illusion ablility. Haunt, Conjure Image, Mirror Image, Juxtapose, Phantasm etc

If it is not meant to be in the game (like the courier surviving techies' mines) then it is a glitch.

Yeah that's what the thread is for. Mana break only works for images if they're melee, so banning it for melee covers all of it. It's been getting abused nonstop since it was found out. It would be best if it was just fixed but unless it is, it's better not to just let everyone use it for double effect. It has gotten to a point where 90%+ of people who pick mana break do so entirely because it's glitched. It's unfortunate for those who actually have a real purpose in mind for it besides "just because it's twice as good as it should", but addressing the problem of the vast majority of people abusing it should be a higher priority.

It does double damage and double mana burn, on melee or melee morphs, than described in tooltip

Manabreak is completely broken basically - It's dealing more dmg than it should (cuz its also burning more mana than it should, obv more mana burn = more dmg). No matter the draft you get, mix manabreak with any melee build, and it will stomp over people lols

well the ver has been released for so long. people getting used to picking mana break. making a new rule right now to banned manna break is bad.

in one game 10 players can random to have anti mage in the draft.

We didnt ban it because it is merely damage. Anyone can stun him, use bkb or anything else. The glitches we banned usually have a severe or permanent impact (e.g. damage stacking).

Not cost worthy to ban it in pub imo. Already many exceptions for lod. you don't want people get banned and whine in forum again like courier mine rule was first implemented in normal dota.

It's not just damage, it also depletes the normally viable mana pool of a hero absurdly fast, preventing things like using escapes or reincarnating in situations where it should not. I recently played a game where I died 5-6 consecutive times after getting reincarnation at level 8 without ever actually being able to use that damn thing, every single time because their one mana break guy was burning more mana than he was supposed to. It's also extremely common and cancerous, since it just involves randoming one hero, not the combination of 2 or 3, so you often see it being used by multiple people at once, game after game. It just consistently makes shittier games ever since everyone started exploiting it.
People don't have to get immediately banned for it until the word is out. I haven't reported anyone for the perma invis or sleight of fist glitches after it first got official. Now, I just don't have to; people haven't been using them in the games I've played.

The biggest problem with it is early game. No one gonna have BKB at lvl 7. 1 hit of lvl 4 mana break takes about 25% of a mana pool away early game. If there are images then your mana pool is gone before you can do anything.

unwanted ban and drama over brqs, appeals, will flood here.
speaking of gameplay, to abuse manabreak with illusion you must have to pick melee heroes. and its not that ez to farm let alone to kill others hero early game.

manabreak do not work on range illusion, walrus punch is buging with tide and not proc tide, reincarnation proc perm insantible hunger, do u banned all these? i can list more, it just minor things.
Also people who smurf and stack the game win the game before it even started and it not ban also .
okay im done here. after all i'm neutral, don't care much.
