I was playing Sven and he was playing Jakiro. Here are the moments where he was obviously map hacking:
18:41 - He casts slow (Ice Path) directly at me while I am wind walking
21:25 - I went to stand on a hill to see nearby heroes, but he immediately runs away and hides behind the trees. He was afraid I would go after him. He stands behind the trees and once I go back, he starts to move as well
21:50 - I pick invisible rune and start go after him, and he just goes away. He finally gets cornered and dies
24:47 - I TP while invisible and go after him and he goes around the trees and escapes
28:10 - I move while invisible to see nearby heroes and he goes behind the trees and just sits still
28:20 - He knows I am near Huskar and will probably attack him so he starts to move towards him to help him
38:55 - He is pushing bot. I headed his way and he panically TPs before killing all the creeps

That feeling when you report a map hacker, join a next game, go to bathroom while the game fills, return and you see the same map hacker you just reported playing versus you again............

and observe what happens when I pick an invisible rune at about 3-4 min from the start and go after him (hint: he as Pugna goes crazy mode at mid tower).

1528 he loses vision of sven. For the next 10 seconds, he is avoiding perfectly sven in fog, and at 1538, he casts his icepath ( 2nd skill ) right on top of sven, before he even has vision of him.
1841 is actually not even close to suspicious. You went invisible right behind him. He saw you doing it, and it was pretty obvious you were going to follow him. So, he simply casted ice path on his path. Makes perfect sense.
2048 loses vision of sven. For the next minute, he looks cognizant of sven's whereabouts, and even avoids him when he is about to gang, at 2125. Runs and hides in the jungle, for no solid reason.
2140 loses sight on sven again. He can only assume sven picked up invis. 10 seconds later, in a clear state of panic, he drops his farming with creeps still alive, and starts running from an invisible sven who is following him, for the next 30 full seconds.
He even changes direction to avoid mortred at 2215. The whole incident is ridiculously suspicious.
2445 sven teleports in fog. Blue cannot see this. He backs off a full second before sven's teleport destroys the trees.
Sven teleported invisible. Blue, obviously aware of sven following him, plays hide and seek in the trees and escapes.

(25:13 / Allied) blindpig: yet veno didnt see
Veno didn't see, because veno had no vision of the tp.
2800 perfectly cognizant of 3 enemy heroes in fog trying to gang him. He makes a full circle to avoid invisible sven, and stays behind tower.
2825 sven is standing ( still invisible ) right next to huskar. Jakiro starts heading towards huskar, clearly to help him fight sven, before sven even appears. Then, 1 second later, he casts ice path at the exact moment sven attacks.
3200 moves towards mortred's courier in fog, and tries to kill it, twice.
3330 mortred is farming in jungle. Nerubian is searching nearby, while invisible. Jakiro notices nerub is about to find mortred, so he starts heading towards mortred to aid nerubian.
3900 teleports with creeps still alive, while sven is about to gang him.
4535 casts icepath right on top of invisible bat rider.


Player blindpig is banned 1 year for the use of maphack.
