what items and play style for tuskar?

depends on what kind of roll u wanna play

for support: Arcane + blink are core items. Other optional items may be urn or mek if ur doing well
Priority of skills: Ice shards > frost spirit > snowball
Play style: Ult then blink hit opponent then ice shards or u can save allies (if they are stunned long by rexxar or bane) by blinking and snowballing ur ally.

Carry style (usually mid)
item: bottle (if mid) or soulring (if not mid) + phase boots + armlet + blink + heart. The rest are ur choice (please dont go battle fury, mkb or buriza or bkb might be a good choice)
Skill build: By level 7 you should have 4 points in ice shards, 1 point in snowball, 1 point in frost spirit, and 1 in walrus punch and after that you get stats until u can't get stats anymore. After maxing stats prioritize maxing frost spirit more than any other skills (Even the ultimate cuz the ult does not get any stronger).
Play style: Best timing on tusk would be when phase + armlet + blink. You use armlet and ult and then blink to hit and then iceshards to ensure the kill. If that doesn't kill use snowball and frost spirit to chase.
If you get ganked and you wanna escape use snowball on one opponent and stay in the snowball for max time (4 seconds) after the snowball goes and hits the opponent blink right away in order to escape.

General Question:
As a beginner, how do you best work your way to knowing all the items and how they build up, which ones to choose...
E.g., is there any "mindhack" to memorize them?
How did you learn it, just from playing many many games or was there some sort of eyeopener?
Also, the shop looks so kinda messy in comparisson to the Dota2 resemblance - any hints about getting faster with the shopping there?
