LIHL fantasy league

For next season, i was thinking to start a lihl fantasy league. Of course its completely voluntary, and it will cost $20 (this number is negotiable, depending on who is interested in joining this). This is how it works,

$20 to buy in (number is negotiable)
Max 10 player field [First 10 to buy in]

Drafting players

You receive $100 "fantasy" dollars (number is negotiable)
Each participant will get to roster 10 players.
Each LIHL player will be put up for auction with highest bidder being able to roster that player.
The top 8 players of each roster will have their ELOS averaged and that will be the players total score.
4. At the end of the season, you will add up the total elo for the players you picked to determine winners

Payout
1. 100
2. 60
3. 40

EDIT: WE NOW HAVE 10 PEOPLE PARTICIPATING, AS IT WAS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS ENTRY IS NOW CLOSED.

However if someone drops out, does not pay the $20 in time etc. then spots will be open by order of whoever commented in this thread.

i pay $20
i get a $100 fantasy dollars
i bid with my fantasy dollars $99 on tinsoldier and win the bid on tinsoldier and i put him on roster 1.
so i only have 1 player that i bid on since i run out of fantasy dollars ($1 left).
others bidders put different players on my roster 1 until roster 1 has 8 players.
tinsoldier has an elo of 1500 but his roster sux and roster 1 average is now 900.
roster 2 and 3 are 800 and 700 elo.
so i have won 900 elo from roster 1.
sony has won 4 players with 800 elo cause he won bid on mutiple cheap players like nore that cost only $25 fantasy dolloars.
so sony wins me.

is this right ?

so lets say we decide everyone gets to pick 10 players and we take average of top 8 from your roster,

if you spend $99 on one pick pew, and you manage to snatch a second player for $1, then you must wait until all other players exhaust their fantasy cash, in which case you can take any remaining unpicked players for free [this will go by turn if others are also in the same situation as you]

so a roster is 8 players, and i can pick players and put them in different rosters if i understand

no its 1 roster per person, all players can only be picked by one person each, and they are picked VIA auction where all people participating have an equal opportunity to bid on each player

**each player can only be drafted onto a roster by ONE person, if I win the bid for Artmas, for example, no one else can pick artmas**

Questions:
1) Can we buy ourselves?
2) 10 players/roster might be too much, that would make up 100 lihl players in total lol. Maybe reduce it to 6 each.
3) Do you promise to make a table for current standings every week? Would be great to follow the action

But i have also a question: I bet for 10 players and get 5. Lets say i bet like in your example and dont win the bet for Achilles, Ba, Sony; Dong, Piper and Guenther. So in the next bet round i get my left money ($57) back for the next bet round and can bet again on the unpicked players. Pew win the bet for tin($99) and for Varg($1) and cant bet in the next betrounds now. So he must w8 like you said "must wait until all other players exhaust their fantasy cash"

Do I understand that correctly?

And who win the bet if 2 bets are equal?
