Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): He feeds throughout the game and when he gets to 0-5 I try to kick and no one on the other team passes it I do this off and on throughout the game and they don't pass it. He ends up 1-15 the one I have no idea how he got it.
Any further thoughts:Ban the other team for not voting.

I saw no intentionnal feeding in this replay .

It was his first game , maybe he got with other accounts but not this one .

I see no reason to have him banned here .
Noone ver explain or tell him he should have gone for lothar or ghost scepter in the game

I will quickly add one thing to what Tiny said. Vote-kicking someone for being a noob is itself a bannable offense. I don't think there is any benefit to banning you for it, but next time do NOT votekick someone just because they are bad. Only initiate the vote-kick if they are intentionally feeding.
