Rubicon is the guy whom I've been reporting several times as you may see in the spoiler.

Noshopping is his friend who played on the aliases such as japanese condom probably with some dots in somewhere although I'm not reporting him.

Well, I think it won't be that easy to ban these guys because they are probably playing at a cafe or something.

I said "guys" on purpose because I know both of them use mh although I'm only reporting the one who talks a lot.
