Any further thoughts: The game score should be canceled as for no period of time was the game following rules. It would have been a lot more acceptable (I actually like -lbo when I know about it) if I'd known of the -lbo early on rather than noticing it ~8 minutes when upgrading capital to try and increase bl.

There's no standard mode for CW, and no1 asked in lobby for modes, so: Yes, red dind't announce the modes he picked, however no1 asked for modes and theres no default/standard mode

This brq should be denied, as no rules were violated.

There are default modes set. The game automatically places the modes and to change modes you need to type alternate modes.
