requesting temporal unvouch fogey

[Psyclone]

Hello,

I request temporal unvouch of fogey for several reasons. First of all, he built in darkgreen area (lvl 7). Furthermore he flamed during game and didnt stick to team call. He solo sent 13 and so we had to follow it what eventually cost us game. Usually I don't report things like these but his behaviour was cumulatively just beyond acceptable.

Regarding the level 13 send: There wasnt any precise decision being made, and do remember that you ignored him so he didnt see what you wanted. So in fogeys eyes, there are two who wantedvto send lvl 13 (93fly and fogey), one that didnt know if he wanted 13 or 14 (elektro-) and one unknown vote (you).
So from looking at the chat the majority wanted a level 13 send.

As stiff mentioned he can't rly be blamed for 13 send. From his point of view the team wanted to go 13 and he also waited a long time on lvl 12 until fly (again) agreed to send, so it's not like he instantly or fully solo sent or anything.

The flame .. not nice but not really extreme.

Darkgreen building ... he built his ygg at a reasonable spot and only built his mines half a space too far behind. Again not cool but not really an abuse.

I'll give him a warning unvouch of 12 hours for his flaming/dark green building.

Captains can't "officially" decide calls on their own, it's the duty of the team.
