Any further thoughts: He said he doesn´t care because he is going to change the ip. In addition he refused to play with team and went to forest while we lose mid. I don´t know if this is bannable but the game was very lagged and at begin we all drawed like 3 times but the other team didn´t want to draw because of they had good skills (3 of them had mines) so we started to play an unplayable game with 40 min of delay like 3 seconds and they didn´t want to draw.
