Before we get into anything else, i have one question for you.
How do you use your ulti as an excuse, on the incidents that happened when you were 4-5 level?

Also, most of the times you started backing off when you were near the enemy creeps. Which means the enemy team had vision of you, which means your ulti wasn't working anyways.

I see bara is missing, we aren't full health, it is pretty obvious a charge is coming... I am always fearing charges in bara games. Do you need me to review every "evidence"? I will do it no problem but I can't believe how quickly you guys banned me with no strong evidence.

Yes, reviewing every piece of evidence would help move the process faster.

Another moderator will have to look at the replay as well, so it might take a while.

0850 he seems aware of bara charging him from the fountain. Pulls back for no valid reason.

Bara had just finished killing bot so he wasn't gonna go there again. I was not full hp, weak early game, bara missing. I initially backed because aba shielded mortred, there was no chance of killing her and bara missing. I would die for sure and get no kill. 100% in this situation he was gonna charge in the case I was diving. Pretty obvious I was in danger. I try to die as least as possible and back constantly.Also no other significant action was taking place in the map at that moment so why wouldn't he charge there. It was not the first time he was gonna charge us. Then I saw axe was coming and waited for him to be there .


1010 same exact deal. Only this time, he was 100% aware of bara, and he even went to hide behind his tower.

Axe had just TPED away so i started backing: I was alone, lvl 5 and half life. Mortred there. Bara missing. Extremely vulnerable. Of course bara was charging me, why wouldn't he? And of course he did, and he killed me. So why wouldn't he have charged me?

Seriously? Check the minutes before this, i VERY OFTEN go back to check if I'm charged with my ult. Do I need to explain this? At this moment when I backed (one of numerous times) my ult didn't activate. So I was charged.

Again, bara charged without vision, and slark went back.

Same as previous "evidence". And again you can see I go to the fog very often to check if I'm charged. You think I wouldn't have backed earlier if I had MH???? Again I died.

So assuming he was going to follow the direction he was on before lothar is maphack now? It's usually the best shot and that's what I always do when someone goes invis.

3220 straight to abaddon and eza who are alone in the tower. Had no vision of his opponents, so this was a bold move.

At this stage of the game I can afford to do that and escape, UNLIKE early game. I don't know if you noticed but I farm and build as tank on slark, exactly so I can do that later in the game. Slark is very weak against bara early but not later in the game.

I cannot believe how biased this review was. Just because I have high KD and play slark. Just wow... look at the evidence again, watch my other games. It's like you drew conclusions before even watching the replay. (as the mod wrote before seeing the replay: "Well, to be honest with you, what you're claiming in this report should be enough") I can see the request was processed very quickly, as if you wanted me banned beforehand. And why did the OP not mention who he was in the game? Or he just reviews high stats player replays for MH? The power of the mind to bend reality... jealousy maybe?

First of all, there is no need to double post on the request and here. Just post everything here.
Second, i've never been biased against anyone so far. I have no clue what your score was, and i don't really care. It's simply irrelevant.
Also, when you quote someone, don't just quote the part that suits you. Quote the whole message.

Well, to be honest with you, what you're claiming in this report should be enough, unless of course it's proven wrong.

Now, had this happened like once, or twice, or even thrice, i wouldn't have banned you.
However, there were more than enough instances, which lowers the chances of this being a simple coincidence, by a lot.

About the times you got charged before reaching level 6. Well, every single time you did get charged, you went back prior of gaining vision. I even left out the first charge, because pudge called the miss. The other 2 tho...Just too much of a coincidence to pass it.
Hey, it could still be a coincidence, but that's still to be decided.

Finally, about the last "dive" of yours against 2 people. Here's why it's evidence to me.
You were right next to the enemy's base, and they were clearly aware that your team was pushing. Which means they should ALL be around.
Yet you dove right into two enemies, at a perfect timing, while noone else was around. Yes, i know that you can afford this kind of rambo plays with certain heroes, and slark is definitely one of them. However, once more, the timing was so darn perfect to simply pass it.

Just check my other games, if I get banned while not maphacking this is just wow. Unbelievable. Please have somebody else review it, I'm on holiday and don't have much time to play this is just unfair. Sorry that I know how to play but this is not MH, ye, perhaps I actually play pretty close to perfect I've been playing dota for over 10 years. Maybe you just can't fathom that it's possible to play well and know how to predict enemy moves. I know this game and how each hero is played and will play in (almost) any given situation.

For the push at the end of the game, you cannot compare early game and late game. I cannot believe you're considering this as evidence. With slark I can escape with ult and pounce over a cliff or trees anytime, provided I have enough life (and mana pool) to run a little bit. It was no problem there. Nothing to do with early game. Late, I really don't care about being charged.Slark early and slark late with the right items is a totally different hero, you can get away with almost every crazy dive. Proof: I would never dive a tower alone 1v2 early game, I dare you to give me one instance of that.
You can also check previous games where I often dive 1v4 lategame.

Overall no offence but I feel like you know the basic gameplay but have no clue how to play really properly and have map awareness every second, and about how heroes like slark really work. The "evidence" seems surreal to me to even consider as proof. For you, basic timing and diving once one is massively more farmed than the enemy is "so darn perfect". Maybe that lack of information is why you're so convinced I mh, like all the noobs who shout "mh" at me most games.

And sorry for that I know you mean well but I'm really pissed about this, I really wanted to play and just because I play well now I'm banned.

Checks necro's !sd before he even knew he is going mid against him. Rhasta or sniper are equally good choises for mid.
0900 he is retreating from a gang top. Necro is about ready to cut him, but slark all of a sudden changes direction and tries to avoid him in the exact millisecond he gains vision + aura effect.
1200 SK and slark have almost killed naix. Yet, for some weird reason, slark stops and retreats. Meanwhile, necro is about to gang themin fog.
2030 stops farming mid with multiple creeps alive, and goes back while 4 enemies are closing in from fog.

After that it's mostly teamfights, so there is nothing else.

I stand by my original opinion.

I will leave the final decision to the rest of the moderators.

Are you really serious, this is evidence to you ?!!!!!!! I understand how you think now it all makes sense... as amateurish as the OP of the ban's post.

I'm OP that made the ban post...I was on your own team. I won, I had no reason to be angry at you. But I saw suspicious stuff. And I DON'T want you banned if you DON'T mh. But what I saw was suspicious, so just let all the mods investigate and don't insult. Also a win rate of 93% + with 50+ games surely puts you as one of the very best DotA players ever on ENT servers...so...people might ask a few questions about how you got that record.

EDIT: Also, of course checking the !sd of the player you are about to go up against mid counts as evidence. By itself, it doesn't mean much, but combined with 10 pieces of other evidence, it starts adding up to fit a pattern.
