Venge was simply shopping.

Inline was clearly clearing mines all over the map. admited it and refuse to stop when i warned him and told him that its banable.

as far as venge he controled manualy the path with the chicken to make sure chicken clears mines if he clicks secret shop and leave the chicken to go but he was clicking all the time making the path trough the mines.

BTW Inline and Incline are the same guy . he got IP from bulgaria now since he has active ban

After reviewing (replay timers):

Starting at 13.30, inline (DS) used chicken at top rune, to clear mines - u can see his intention was clear, since he dind't even try to pick the bounty rune at all; And continue until 14:10 scouting with his courier

Regarding venge it happens twice: Around 25 mins and around 29 - however in both of them he wasn't controlling the chicken as you implied (Around 25 mins, his courier delivered the items to venge, and went back, and stepped over mines; Around 29 mins, venge sent courier to the secret shop, to get the demon edge, and stepped over ur mines)

inline@europe.battle.net should be banned for using his courier to scout/search for mines

How do you know he has the same ip how can you check someones ip

inline banned 5 days for courier glitch exploit.
Agree that vengeful spirits' courier path was unintentional and will not be banned.
