Any further thoughts:
1. this guy was playing farming simulator all game, refused to help team, did nothing but jungle.
2. He also did the exact same thing in the game before: https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/player/g.0.d/
3. looking at his stats alone, he is 0-7 (so far), very low kills / deaths per game, less than 1 assist per game (lol), but tons of creep and neutral kills. therefore, this is a pattern, and given that his team almost always loses, this looks like a throw account.
4. If this isn't "game ruin" by the strict definition of the rules, note well that I am dodging any game with this guy in it, regardless of which team he's on.

Thanks for reporting this. I've already banned him for 3 weeks but in fact, after looking closer, he may be stat boosting fu45. I noticed he is in every game he threw. If so, I'll go ahead and upgrade ban. Reviewing this now.

After reviewing, I believe fu45 was just a random person who joined 4 games in a row where G.0.D was throwing. So I don't believe there to be any stat setup. However what I did find: G.0.D has played 12 games since his recent stat clear. I've confirmed a gamethrow on each of these:
