Any further thoughts: This guy provokes me every time I meet him. In the beginning he attempts to annoy me by saying "look who is here". In the end of the game I calmly say 'gg' and he replies: "ofc. u noob."
It is pretty clear he hasn't learned from his last ban. Please make him stop harassing me.

IN this case, it wasn't excessive- not like the last. He won't be banned for something you can use !ignore for, which he was on the opposite team in this case, unless it continues.
