Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #29
Your Warcraft III Username: stAhrz
Violator's Warcraft III Username: frozn
Violated Rule(s): Throwing by feeding on purpose, throwing game, trash talking, not listening to team, not B when he had 10 hp, AFK then left.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 02:35, 04:22, 06:39, 08:04, 10:41, 10:500 (stays with 20 hp just to feed), 15:07 (Frozn kicks someone else in team just to throw), 19:09 Tiny is afk then leaves after a 4 min.
Any further thoughts:
He should be banned for a long time for throwing game, feeding, "pretending he is new", then goes afk efter fed the other team. Also, ban opposing team for not kicking frozn.
Evidence below:
Tiny goes in for the feed, so obvious:
(02:48 / Allied) stAhrz: wtf????
(02:48 / Allied) N1ggerAndKFC: !votekick froz
(02:52 / Allied) frozn: techies
(02:53 / Allied) frozn: ur fucking fault
(02:54 / Allied) frozn: nubass
(03:00 / Allied) N1ggerAndKFC: yes my fault

(07:42 / Allied) YoungBuck: re top
(07:45 / Allied) frozn: i will
(07:45 / Allied) KodiakWinGreen: ya
(07:52 / Allied) KodiakWinGreen: bara there
(08:04 / Allied) YoungBuck: fucking noob
Here we ask the opposing team to kick a thrower, but they dont, is tiny their friend?:
(12:01 / All) stAhrz: KICK PLS
(12:07 / All) YoungBuck: he feed u enough
(12:08 / All) stAhrz: brown
(12:10 / All) stAhrz: be fair

(19:09 / Allied) Kungfupanda3: stfu u
(19:11 / All) N1ggerAndKFC: sweet
(19:16 / Allied) stAhrz: b

Re: [DOTA] frozn uswest.battle.net (Throwing, feeding, AFK)
I'm pretty sure he would already be banned because he was afk kicked. Perhaps admins will add to his ban for the throwing part.
To start it off, I'll just say that already before I watched the replay his score of 0-14-5 immediately I thought he was definitely throwing. Of course when I watched the replay, he was 0-8 before he was afk kicked, and I changed my mind a little.
2:48 This was indeed dumb play by him, did look somewhat intentional.
4:20 One could argue whether this was deliberate or not (he got somewhat close), personally I think it was a dumb move and he could have easily avoided feeding by not doing what he did.
7:30 See here, I fail to see how you got that he "threw by feeding". He simply had bad play and let down Bara, both of them died here and there wasn't much any of them could do to escape their deaths.
9:40+ Ok here he sticks around top with stuff all hp. Very dangerous and stupid move, easy kill for anyone and Axe comes to claim it. He could have just been greedy and wanted to farm a little longer, when Axe came around he even tried running.
Afk at roughly 19 minutes after he finished farming in jungle and bottom lane.
So, it's hard for me to tell if he really was throwing the game or he is just new / inexperienced playing as Tiny. Yes there were plays from him that were stupid, but not in the sense that he was feeding. He does claim it was his first time as Tiny also. It didn't look like his intentions were to throw the game, he was still doing the normal stuff and had multiple solo attempts with some of them being close. I'm going to say that he should get a warning or short warning ban simply because almost all of his plays looked rather bad than showing intent of throwing the game. (Let me know if anyone thinks otherwise)

Hi Nat,
I appreciate you and your time.
Throwers are sophisticated nowadays. They know what to type in chat while in game to not make it look like they throw/feed on purpose. I have played with many novices throughout the years and they have one thing in common. They are attentive for any advices, they listen to team when we tell them to back, they follow us in team fights when we ask them to.
This tiny never listened to what we told him, he would never back to heal, never listened to what we said, but feed, feed, feed, and claiming that he is "new". If he is new, how does a novice player know when to toss the opposing team into techies mines? But as soon as I said I will submit him, tiny claimed he was new?
Nat, to be honest, if you feed till you are 0-14 and then just go afk, isnt that alittle weird? Besides that, never listening to team when we tell him to B with 20 HP but stay in lane with 20 hp till someone comes and kill him, isnt that putting yourself as a bonus kill?
What else could he have added if he came back from being afk? Maybe feed more and be 0-20 instead? He was afk for a good 5 min, the opposing team would never kick him....until we got the chance to type "-kickafk 8" or whatever the number was at the time.
Take care,
stAhrz

5 days ban is what he deserves...or 2 weeks

Re: [DOTA] frozn uswest.battle.net (Throwing, feeding, AFK)
In my opinion, none of his deaths were intentional. He is indeed a newish player. As far as the votekicking was concerned, techies votekicked him every time he died, which was clearly abusive. The sentinel players were correct in their reluctance to vote. Tiny's afk is certainly ban-worthy though.
Frozn banned 3 days for prolonged afk.
